Two small updates are live in Mojo as of October 2, 2026.
Skip Tracer results now go to the contact History. When Skip Tracer runs on a contact, the result is written as a short entry in the contact’s History instead of a Hot Note: the owner and additional contacts it found, the phone numbers and emails it added, whether property details were added, and whether the lookup ran with the DNC check. We made this change to keep note bloat to a minimum, especially when your contacts sync with a connected CRM such as Follow Up Boss, where Mojo notes are pushed across. Earlier Skip Tracer notes stay where they are. To see the new entries, open the contact, click History and check Show full history.
New custom field: Previous Listing Status. Real Estate accounts now have a Previous Listing Status field under Custom Fields on the contact record. Whenever a contact’s Listing Status changes, whether through a Mojo data update, an MLS import, an integration or an edit on the contact screen, Mojo stores the status the contact had before the change. The field is set automatically and cannot be edited, and you can filter on it in Data & Dialer like any other custom field. It works moving forward only: it records changes from this release on, and earlier status changes are not filled in.
