This week’s release brings four new features and a fix.
Snooze a lead. When a contact asks you to call back later, or is out of town, you can now snooze them. Open the contact, click Snooze at the top of the card, pick an optional reason, and choose how long: tomorrow, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or any date on the calendar. The dialer skips the contact until the snooze ends, and the contact stays in all of its lists and groups. A snooze applies to everyone on the account, and Wake now ends it early. On Data & Dialer, snoozed contacts are greyed out, a banner shows how many contacts in the list are snoozed, and the Dial List Preview shows how many snoozed contacts are being skipped.
Today’s Leads and Today’s Appointments. The stats banner at the top of the dialer now shows Today’s Leads and Today’s Appointments next to your calls and contacts, so you can track your results while you dial. This one came from a customer idea on our Ideas board.
Neighborhood Search: More Filters. More Filters now opens a panel to the right of the map with room for all property filters: size and value, property details, tax and sale history. For number filters such as bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet you can choose Greater than, Less than, Exactly or Between, and Length of Ownership works the same way. Filters apply as soon as you set them, and Clear All resets every filter.
Clearer dialing box messages. The line boxes at the top of the dialer no longer just say “Free”. Each line now shows what it is doing: Getting Ready, Loading next contact, Saving result or Skipping contact.
Fix. Notes sent to Follow Up Boss now include the phone number that was called.
