No, you don’t need a separate CRM. Mojo includes a built-in Lead Manager that handles contact organization, notes, groups, and follow-up activities. Some users still choose to use Mojo alongside their CRM, but many rely on Mojo’s lead management tools as their complete solution.
Yes, in many cases. Mojo includes powerful lead organization, pipeline management, notes, call history, and activity tracking that allow many users to eliminate costly third-party CRM subscriptions. For users who still want to sync with an external CRM, Mojo offers integrations through custom integrations as well as third party connectors API Nation and Zapier.

Pricing & Subscription
Mojo uses a month-to-month subscription model. You select the services you need, including Agent Access (required for each user), dialing licenses (single or triple line), and any lead data subscriptions you want to add. You can modify your plan at any time without long-term contracts or penalties
No. All Mojo subscriptions are prepaid on a monthly basis. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You have full control to, downgrade, or cancel as needed.
Yes. You can make changes to your subscription at any time. Add or remove products, agents, or features as your business needs change. Downgrading to Agent Access only preserves your data so you don’t lose any information when making adjustments.
Adding an agent requires purchasing an additional Agent Access license. To remove an agent, you’ll first reduce your total Agent Access licenses in your subscription, which will prompt you to delete the agent record tied to that license.
When you downgrade to Agent Access only, your data remains in your account securely and for as long as your Agent Access is active. When you cancel, your data remains securely stored in your account for 90 days. After 90 days your account is purged and all contacts, calls, notes and purchased data is deleted. You can reactivate your account at anytime during the 90 days.
No. Mojo’s pricing is fully transparent. You only pay for the products and data subscriptions you select. There are no hidden charges, setup fees, or cancellation penalties.
Lead Data & List Services
Mojo partners with trusted data providers who supply public records, MLS data, consumer databases, and proprietary sources. This allows Mojo to offer highly targeted data sets such as expired listings, FSBO, FRBO, pre-foreclosures, and more.
Yes. Mojo’s data subscriptions are updated on a frequent basis to ensure accuracy and freshness. The update frequency varies depending on the data set but generally occurs daily, weekly and monthly.
Yes. You can easily import your own lead lists into Mojo using CSV or Excel files. Once imported, you can call, organize, categorize, and track these leads inside Mojo’s Lead Manager.

Skip Tracing fills in missing contact information on your leads. Mojo’s integrated Skip Tracer searches public records and national databases to append phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses to maximize your ability to connect with prospects.

Dialer Features & Call Handling
A power dialer automates outbound calls by dialing multiple prospects back-to-back, dramatically increasing the number of conversations you can have. Mojo’s power dialer minimizes idle time and automatically manages call connections, voicemails, and callbacks. The Mojo Dialer can operate as a click-to-call, single line and triple line power dialer.
Mojo’s Triple Line Dialer can process up to 300 calls per hour depending on pickup rates and list quality. The Single Line Dialer offers a more traditional pace for focused prospecting and higher connection quality.
Single Line Dialer:Calls one contact at a time for a personalized approach.
Triple Line Dialer:Calls up to three contacts simultaneously to maximize call volume. The system automatically drops unanswered calls and connects you with live prospects.
Mojo offers local (personally owned or Mojo Caller ID) Caller ID management. You can purchase verified local phone numbers and have complimentary access to reputation management tools to reduce spam tagging.
Mojo provides complimentary whitelisting for all Caller IDs used on your account — whether you bring your own phone numbers or purchase Mojo Caller ID numbers. When using Mojo Caller ID, your calls are certified at Attestation Level A, the highest verification level available under STIR/SHAKEN standards, helping improve call delivery and reducing the risk of spam labeling.
Yes. Mojo offers optional call recording features that allow you to automatically record calls for training, compliance, or reference purposes. Check local laws regarding consent for call recording.
Yes. There are several ways you can connect to Mojo. This gives you options depending on your location and preferences. You can connect using your cell phone, desk phone or SIP Voice service by calling in to the server number displayed to you when you login to the dialer. Once connected, the Mojo Dialer process all the calls on the backend while you speak through your phone connection.
You can subscribe to the Mojo Voice add-on service and connect with a SIP voice connector built right in to the Mojo user interface. This eliminates the requirement to use your own phone and instead uses your computer connected microphone and speaker devices (headsets etc.). Mojo Voice is $30 per month, per agent.

Technical Requirements & Troubleshooting
Any stable high-speed connection will work with Mojo; however, a wired connection is ideal when using a VoIP-based phone for the best call quality.
Basic Mojo Dialer subscriptions do not include a SIP based phone connection for connecting to our dialers. Therefore, a soft phone, desk phone or mobile phone is required to connect to our dialers.
You can subscribe to the Mojo Voice add-on service and connect with a SIP voice connector built right in to the Mojo user interface. This eliminates the requirement to use your own phone and instead uses your computer connected microphone and speaker devices (headsets etc.). Mojo Voice is $30 per month, per agent.
What headset is best depends on your dial-in device. We recommend referencing your device manual for the best headset recommendations.
If you have call quality issues, first check your internet connection speed and stability. A wired connection is recommended. You can also try using a different headset or phone. For persistent issues, contact Mojo support.
