This release combines the Call Detail Report and the Session Report into one new Calling Report: your call detail, sessions, and recordings in one place, with one set of filters and a summary of contact rate, total calls, people called, sessions, and talk time up top. Contact rate is also updated: earlier this year more than 1,400 clients told us to measure people, not dials, so it is now based on the people you actually reach out of the people you call. A setting right on the report lets you choose what counts as a contact: every live answer, or only calls logged with a contact result. Both changes arrive with this release, and there is nothing you need to do.
