We have a proven training and support method that enables our customers to get up and running fast. And training and problem-solving is always FREE when you are a Mojo customer.
When you first sign up for Mojo, you will be assigned one of our dedicated Client Success Managers (CSM). The CSM will work with you to learn about your business and show you how Mojo can dramatically impact your business, specifically. The initial training session is up to two hours. Our CSMs are experts in using Mojo and have worked with many different customers in different industries. They can teach you best business practices and offer suggestions on how to get the most out of what we offer.
We conduct hands-on training and actually set up your Mojo software, import your data, and take you through a dialing session to test numbers. You get to fully experience our service. After this initial training, additional training can be scheduled as needed.
CSMs are available to you at any time you are using our service.
In addition to CSM training, we have a separate technical support team. Their focus is to make sure you are up and running at all times. They provide support by chat, email and telephone and can quickly answer questions and solve problems.
The combination of CSM training and technical support ensures that your Mojo is working at all times.
