It's simple. If you're a new customer and for any reason, you do not think Mojo is for you within 7 days of your Installation and Training session, we will refund your monthly subscription in full. Now that is EASY.
Can I get a version of Mojo that dials out with more than 3 lines?
We have conducted a lot of research over the last 6 years and we have found that dialing over more than 3 lines actually makes you less productive. This is due to the call-back message that is played when more than one line is picked up at the same time. When dialing out over more than 3 lines, you stand to drop up to twice as many call-back messages. We have tested 4,5,6 and even 8 line dialing, in all cases, the amount of live connects depreciated substantially versus 3 line dialing. Advertising more than 3 line dialing is a great marketing spin, but the bottom line is live connects are king!
When will Mojo be available on the Android?
Mobile Mojo is currently available only on the iPhone. This is because the iPhone enables us to push both voice and data information at the same time, which is needed for the Mobile Mojo to work. It is rumored that Verizon will offer this mid 2011, when this happens, we will begin developing Mobile Mojo for the Android platform.
Will Mobile Mojo work on Verizon iPhone?
Unfortunately, only AT&T serviced iPhones support Mobile Mojo. We are hopeful that by the end of 2011, Verizon's network will support Mobile Mojo.
How does Mojo work?
Mojo is software we install on any computer you work from; you just need high-speed Internet access and a phone line for dialing in to our server (this can be a land line, a VoIP line or a cellular line). Once you log in to the software with your user name and password, you will see a number on the screen that you will dial in order to connect to our dialing system. The software then tells the servers what to dial. Sounds complicated, but it is simple.
How soon can I get my Mojo working?
We have a simple, 3-step online sign-up process at which time you will schedule your installation and training session (We generally schedule your training for the next day).
What is the cost?
$149 per month, per agent. This includes unlimited dialing, Call Capture Connect, Live Lead Alert and Unlimited Training and Technical Support. No contract or commitment. No Hidden Fees.
What hardware do I need to use Mojo?
You only need a computer, high-speed Internet connection and a phone to dial in to our servers with (including any land lince, VoIP phones and even cell phones). If you own a MAC, you will need to have Windows Parallels or some other Windows emulator. PLEASE NOTE: Mojo will not display properly on Netbook computers with 10" screen size.
What training is involved?
Once you schedule your training session, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the Mojo Sales Engine onto your computer. This email will include the date and time of your training and a link to our training site with a telephone number to dial for our conference service. Simply click the link, dial in to the conference and join the training! The Training session is a group session with one of our Client Success Managers. We will walk you through the entire Mojo environment and demonstrate importing leads, dialing leads, lead flow and creating tasks. By the end of the training, you'll be comfortable getting around the system and familiar with all the features for successful and efficient calling. You will receive a separate email that has instructions for downloading the Mojo engine onto your computer.
Are there per-minute or per call fees?
The calls that our servers make for you are at NO COST and usage is UNLIMITED.
How do I get my leads into Mojo?
Mojo has alliances with many lead providers. Many of these providers have live lead posting or syncing with Mojo so you can easily get your leads directly in to your Mojo software. In addition to this, we have email2db (leads that are emailed to you go right in to your database) as well as an easy to use Import Wizard that will import .csv, Excel and .txt file types directly.
Will there be a pause when someone answers the phone?
Not at all. We're the only multi-line copper landline-based dialing service on the market. You'll hear the first hello, every time, guaranteed, with crystal-clear quality.
Am I restricted by the amount of computers I can use Mojo on?
Not at all. You can install Mojo on any computer you work from, you just need an Internet connection. You pay us for a User Name and Password to log into the system. That's it.
Will Mojo allow me to record my phone calls?
Yes, for an additional $25 per month, per login, you can record any phone call you'd like to with our Digital Call Recording feature. As always, our customers are responsible for adhering to any state or federal telecommunication regulations regarding recording phone calls.
